The "Soundtools" collection currently consists of:
<UL>
<LI><A HREF="SoundPlay.html">SoundPlay</A>
<LI><A HREF="Base.html">Base</A>
<LI><A HREF="Scope.html">Scope</A>
<LI><A HREF="Surround.html">Surround</A>
</UL>
Although they all function independant of each other, you can combine them
to perform more complex functions. For example, by using SoundPlay, Base
and Scope together, you can mix two samples together, add echo, and save
the result to another file.<P>

Something to remember when using the tools together: the order in which you
start the tools is important. To perform the above action, for example, you
would first start SoundPlay, then Base, and then Scope.<BR>
I hope DR9 will give us the ability to reposition streamsubscribers, and all
that other stuff I sent feature requests about ;)
